In Hard West here’s a shortage of everything, except Weapons since there's so many people dying. And yet the Liquor and Drugs are in the highest of demands, and you'll be able to buy everything. [Whiskey] for example while costing 1 ap gives +6 hp in return and applies the Drunk status effect on the character (makes them unable to perform a Bullseye shot).
